Follow these steps for a brighter, whiter smile (Strips):

1. Tear the foil pouch and remove the lower strip from the back liner with clean dry hands.
2. Fit the lower strip to your teeth by applying the gel side on the front of your teeth.  Line up with the edge of your gums and apply gentle pressure to mold the strips securely.  Fold the remainder of the strip over teeth.  Repeat this process for the upper strip.
3. After 30 minutes, gently peel off both strips and rinse your mouth with war water.  Dispose of strips after use.  Now you can have the bright smile you’ve always wanted.
4. Recommended use is 7 consecutive nightly treatments.  Package includes 2 sets of professional treatments. 
5. Repeat every 4-6 months.

Tips for success:

• Brush your teeth before doing the treatments.
• Relax while the strips are in your mouth and avoid biting down too hard or grinding.
• These whitening strips should be the last thing that touch your teeth each night.

(Pen):

• Saturate pen brush by twisting base of the pen.  It may take multiple clicks to saturate brush.
• Brush a thin layer of gel on your teeth or use for on the spot stains.  You can also insert both top and bottom mouth trays to keep your tongue and lips from wiping off the gel off your teeth. This is not necessary but will make the treatment more effective  Keep mouth closed and relax jaw and lips.
• Leave your trays in for 30 minutes.  Remove and rinse tray and mouth with warm water.  Save and reuse mouth trays for each treatment.
• Be careful not to overfill the applicator brush!  Once it’s saturated it will be good for 3-4 days before having to fill it again.
• Store pen in a cool dry place - pen does not need to be refrigerated, but should not be exposed to heat for a prolonged period of time.
